The following living people who have made a significant contribution to the District were made Life Members of the GMGA through special resolution to continue their Life Membership from the former Mens and Ladies Goulburn Valley District Associations.

At the AGM of the GMGA in November 2020, Peter Fraser, who was President of the former Men’s Goulburn Valley District for 17 years was awarded Life Membership.
